Description Lead and manage all on-site construction activities to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget. Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to maintain project schedules and address challenges proactively. Ensure compliance with safety standards and implement safety protocols across job sites. Review project plans and blueprints, providing input and adjustments as necessary to meet project goals. Monitor and report project progress, addressing any delays or issues promptly. Supervise and mentor site teams to ensure efficient and high-quality workmanship. Manage resources, including labor, materials, and equipment, to optimize productivity. Foster strong relationships with clients, vendors, and subcontractors to ensure successful project completion. Profile A successful Senior Superintendent should have: Proven experience in managing construction projects within the business services industry.
